            I restart SF and the problem remains : log/log out
            I restart my computer, and...it's works
            Thank you Germania​, the cache is surely the solution : when the problem returns, I restart the computer and it works again. Not great, but it's a solution

              and after this you tried to login with vpn?
              I believe the reason it happens to some and not others is that we are all not on the same Netflix plan. I was on the Premium plan, and it worked, but then I downgraded to 6.99 € with commercial, and it doesn't work.

                My ad-supported Standard plan in Germany works
                and my Standard without Ads outside EU works too
                (I never used NF Premium)

                    For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
                    For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
                    Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
                    If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
