What is 311 error please ?

Hello, when I try to download some videos on the RTBF Auvio replay site (DRM MPD), for some of them, I have the "311 error" and the download fails, and for other videos, it works fine. However, a priori, the videos date from the same day or the same week and should probably include the same protections. How is it possible please ? Thank you.

Do you have a listing that lists all the error codes and their solutions, or at least the explanation of the errors please? Thank you.

I think I never seen 311 (perhaps new?) ..
can you close SF, rename your StreamFab.log
retry once and post your StreamFab.log

Could you please provide us with a list of these error codes and what they mean within StreamFab?
While you are at it, could you do the same for other error codes that StreamFab users commonly see?
This will go a long way toward helping users of this forum to troubleshoot problems without getting you or the developers involved.
It would be best if this list was made into a closed "sticky" so we have easy access to it.

Yes, 311 error is new since last version 6.2.0.2., before this version, the message was simply "failed"

Yes, the error message you show in your answer appears from time to time.

Here is the new 2024.10.26 streamfab.log. and the old streamfab.log

I'm on Win 11 Pro, not on Linux, and I don't use VPN for this job

I see this errors for "Superbike - GP Aragon" in your log:

So I thought SF get no key to decrypt because newer DRM (uncracked 2830) is needed ..

.. but my test was without any problems:

btw: GP Aragon in 720p manually dl: 15 min - with SF: 102 min (same connection)

To take an example, I was able to download the Saturday and Sunday races which took place on the weekend of October 19 and 20 in Jerez, Spain, and the Saturday and Sunday races which took place on the weekend of October 12 and 13 in Estoril, Portugal. I was also able to download the races of Sunday 22th which took place on the weekend of September 21st and 22nd in Cremona, Italy, but NOT those of Saturday 21st ! :-o (311 error). I was also unable to download the Saturday and Sunday races of the weekend of September 28 and 29 which took place in Aragon, Spain, I was only able to download the Superpole race in Aragon...

It's really very strange...

Yesterday I tried a trick that I saw on the forum, that of renaming the SF "cache" folder as "oldcache", and restarting SF. Does this operation actually delete cookies and other data, in doing so we leave with a clean cache? Apparently, that's not enough. What could I do please?

Rename cache if SF closed - and yes it disable all account data (cookies)
"delete cookies" is of course only if you delete cache.
But renaming is recommended by me so that you have the chance to undo it.

In an hour I know if "Aragon - Les courses de dimanche" (29/09/24) works for me too or not
(tried 3 vpn provider - never more than 2 MB/s) - 21/09/24 Cremona i've not found yet ..

Getting better and better, for Aragon, I now have the Saturday races but not the Sunday ones. Maybe if I try hard enough I'll get them all...:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

Since my last post (some hours ago), I have made a clean install with the last version (6.2.0.3.) and Revo Uninstaller, and I have tried to download directly only one video as you said, but it don't work better, still failed :-(
