StreamFab for Windows NOW TV Problems

Been mentioned in a couple of posts before.


I was able to download ok up to 24/10/2024, then hit failure to download problems.
Downloaded 3 episodes of 'The Penguin' ok on 05/11/2024.

Downloaded 6.2.0.4 x64 today (09/11/2024), tried to download all episodes of 'Raised by Wolves' and the program is failing to analyse anything.
Added a 'Boost' subscription to my NOW account and the 'failure to download' problem is back.

Files I have managed to download exhibit lypsync problems when edited.

I'm running Windows 11 Pro x64.

I've attached a log file, please investigate.

Nowtv hasn't worked properly for weeks. I've asked for a refund as I recently purchased but haven't had one. The program is not fit for purpose. I've been trying to download from Now and sometimes it works but it can take hours or days to get lucky. Last week they told me the update would sort it. No surprise that it didn't.

The Penguin is an HBO series. What is NOW TV? I get the Penguin every week from MAX on Amazon.

I used the nowtv module for a time.... but now tv (in every nation you use, including EU), watching on their site it's ok, but if you try to download with the SF module it gives you choice of only 1 language (not multiple, as other services), and if you donwload, it starts the nowtvplayer inside SF and you have to mute your speaker when downloading....
...i know it sounds alittle bit weird but on 90% times it works like this. Other few times you get errors like downloading problems, content not available (?)....
it's not the module, it's the streaming service that's "weird"....

Likewise I asked for a refund because of major problems downloading Sub-Title files from NOW (I am partially deaf) but support has continually procrastinated and, not surprisingly, there is no agreement to refund. As from today I have been unable to download anything from NOW due to the DRM issue (which also affects Channel 4). It seems things are getting progressively worse.

Likewise I asked for a refund because of major problems downloading Sub-Title files from NOW (I am partially deaf) but support has continually procrastinated and, not surprisingly, there is no agreement to refund. As from today I have been unable to download anything from NOW due to the DRM issue (which also affects Channel 4). It seems things are getting progressively worse.

Then you may think about to unsubscribe NOW and then, after one month or so on, ask for your personal data deletion.
