Does Disney + still require the ad-free plan?

The last time I tried to download from Disney+, StreamFab wouldn't work unless I had the ad-free plan. Is that still the case?

What about other streaming services like, Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime, MAX (stand-alone and via Amazon), Paramount+ (stand-alone and via Amazon), Peacock.

I am in the US if that matters.

    Thanks,
    Chuck

    I can't say anything about Hulu + Peacock ..
.. but I use Netflix (some title not available), Amazon + Disney
with ads and without problems with SF.

Occasionally also Paramount+ (USA) with ads - never an problem.

I have the Disney + Hulu essential plan and can download without issue. I didn't pay the extra for Prime to get ad-free and there's no problem -- I've downloaded from Max, Starz, and Paramount channels besides Prime and Feevee.. Before AS went dark there were people complaining on their forum that the videos they downloaded with ad version from Prime would have fade-in and outs where they implemented the ads, haven't notice any with SF, at least I haven't seen anyone here complaining.

Thanks for the information everyone. Seems like I will be able to use the ad version of Disney+ then.
