    SkyShowtime Skyshowtime Subtitle Problem

Hi there, the skyshowtime has a problem, I've selected Exctract From Original, but it extracts as srt. I saw that in the temp files it downloads the vtt's. But in the end I get an .srt.

My test account ended (and no title/country named) ..
    .. so i can't say anything without your StreamFab.log

But if that's the case, it shouldn't be a problem:
    a) you can convert for example with Subtitle Edit

    b) you can find the webvtt url in StreamFab.log or
    c) you can find the webvtt url in you browser
and dl yourself - see also here

Streamfab is converting vtt to .srt and in this process it is losing all the information I need from italics, bold, positions etc.
So it is not a matter for me to reconvert to vtt. I prefer vtt (original), because I can convert as I want with my tools without losing anything.

Its a lot of vtt's, then I would need to join. What I do currently is to go to the temp folder and I copy all vtts before it gets deleted, and then I join them, but still, this
is a problem that needs to be fixed.

For me it was always one file (for one language) - like here
even if SF save every segment as separate file ..
.. so with url no join needed (sometimes > 1000 text lines in one file)
