    Paramount+ SF for Windows 6.2.0.7 - Paramount+ Error Codes 3005 and 3304

First experienced this problem trying to acquire Dear Santa on SF 6.2.0.6. Nothing I tried downloading would work. Each time I got this error message:

This video is currently unavailable. Please try again.
    error code: 3005

Then I saw 6.2.0.7 was available (despite not listing any Paramount+ fixes) so I installed it and tried again. Same error message.

I then deleted the contents out of the Log and Temp directories, started 6207 back up, logged into Paramount+, and tried again. This time I got a different error message:

OOPS! We're having some trouble playing this video. Please try again.
If you continue to experience issues, check your internet connection
    or restart your router.
    error code: 3304

Unlikely that it's either of the things they suggested as I was acquiring earlier just fine. This is probably a new thing to get around for Paramount+, just wanted to bring it to your attention.

Still using 6.2.0.5, though. I'll install 6.2.0.7 tomorrow after I get a belly full of turkey.

      UPDATE: as of 2024-11-27:1955 EST

I was now able to login after multiple attempts but now when trying to download Lioness Season 2 or ANY OTHER CONTENT....I now get a "This video is currently unavailable. Please try again. Error code: 3005"

ANY AND ALL HELP will be greatly appreciated!!

      Hello StreamFab Support,

I'm currently experiencing an issue logging in to Paramount+ through the StreamFab application. I recently signed up for Paramount+ and am able to log in without any issues using a Chrome browser. However, when I try to log in using StreamFab, I receive the following error message: "There was an error while processing your request. Please try again later."

I've updated to version 6.2.0.7 of StreamFab and can successfully log in to all my other providers (HBO, Disney+, Netflix, Amazon) without any problems. The issue only occurs with Paramount+.

I have also logged out completely from my Paramount+ account and logged back in to see if it was an issue with location or authentication, but that did not resolve the issue. I still receive the same error when trying to log in via StreamFab.

Could you please assist me in resolving this as soon as possible? Let me know if you need any additional information to help troubleshoot the issue.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.

PS....Saw the post for this exact same issue from approximately 7 days ago:

When I try to sign in to Paramount Plus in StreamFab I get a message that says "There was an error while processing your request. Please try again later". I can login just fin outside of StreamFab though. This started with the last version and still exists in 6.2.0.6. Log is attached.

...and tried doing the same by renaming the cache to cacheOLD and still get the same exact result. I am STILL UNABLE to log into Paramount+ with StreamFab but have NO ISSUES logging in via Chrome.

      Look forward to a resolution.

Hello, the issue has been passed to the developer, they'll check it asap, thanks.

For me there is no change: fresh login works with 6206 and with 6207 the same
In the past, I only had the login error with individual VPN servers.

I can't use the player (same error 3005) but analysis + dl works anyway

I didn't renew my P+ subscription, so there was no holiday discount. However, I did get Peacock for 1.99 a month for a year, the Hulu Disney package for 2.99 a month for a year, and Netflix for 6.99 a month for a year. I always have Amazon for everything else, a month at a time.

P+ still works fine for me.

Remember they did not fix the manifest issue with Hulu combo. Much stuff that should be h265 is not. Stuff that should be 4K, you are lucky to get the lowest bitrate h265 1080p.

I reverted back to 6.2.0.5 and on the first attempt I got the Error 3005 message. The last time I successfully acquired anything from P+ was on Nov 20 using 6.2.0.5. Must be a "thing" in my area. I'll wait for a developer fix.

My partner gets P+ included with her Walmart+ subscription. Maybe something to look into?

As promised, I updated to 6.2.0.7 after my Thanksgiving dinner. Again, I was able to download Dear Santa, although it seemed to take longer than 6.2.0.5. Ignore the 3.0.0.5 error. Just set SF to download Dear Santa and walk away from it for a while. Given enough time, you should have the complete movie. Patience, my friend. It shouldn't be this way, but the 3.0.0.5 and the slowness seems to be caused by something that Paramount+ is doing. Dear Santa was listed as "New Movie". I downloaded two other movies that were listed as "New Movie" and they both came down rapidly and normally. Obviously, Paramount+ is doing something wrong with Dear Santa. Still, I was just able to download Dear Santa for the third time in 23 minutes. Once with 6.2.0.5 and twice with 6.2.0.7.
