I was initially having issues with downloading files one the analyzing was down. I downloaded the Newest Version did a full uninstall using the Ashampoo Uninstaller as recommended. I reinstalled and now everything seems to be ok except for MAX. It just sits on analyzing for every. I tried a couple different files. I do not use any type of VPN, and before this and the previous version I had no trouble with MAX. I left this running overnight and it still just says analyzing...

Hi there, can you upload a log file please for the developers to look at? I was having similar issues. I waited a few hours and I tried it again and then it worked. Sometimes I would have to restart my computer and then it worked. -
