Either delete or rename your existing StreamFab.log and retry your download. If the download works, you are set. If it fails again, attach your whole entire StreamFab.log to the reply to this message and someone will look it over. Where are you located since you say you are using Prime Video? Are you using a VPN?

I’m in Canada but Streamfab keeps taking me to Amazon.com, so I tried to go to Amazon.ca then PrimeVideo.com but it doesn’t let me download anything. Do I need to use VPN to go to Prime Video in Canada? My free trial of Paramount is thru Prime Video in Canada. Thanks.

No, don't need the VPN connection, please set the Amazon region to "primevideo.com" in StreamFab Common Settings and try it again.

And by "try it again", you may have to restart StreamFab and/or your computer.

            Thanks, it works.

Is it normal that if a file is being downloaded, Streamfab won't analyze till it's finished?

Nope, without analysis you cannot select anything and therefore cannot add anything to the queue
(if it is a series, only s01e01 is analyzed by default at amazon)

Before the download starts, it is analyzed again (if necessary, the respective episode)

And after remuxing the result is checked.
