If anyone knows of a workaround that doesn't involve 48 hours wait I'd love to know, trying to grab Elimination Chamber 2025

Meant to be having a watch party later today and one of my friends is unable to come so I was going to download a copy so they could watch along and do a Discord call rather than having to miss out.

      Nope, in SF (via UK)
      Code:
"LIVE_STREAMING_UNSUPPORTED_DEVICE","reportingCode":"PBCS-457","displayCode":"E125","detail":"licensedManifest/playapi-457: The device is not capable of live streaming
I tried different "Stream Recorder" and no way ..
.. you can (currently) only play and record the screen (i.e. TubeDigger - untested)

        Thanks for taking a look.

Any idea if RecordFab might work? It doesn't specify Netflix but it does say "Easily record your favorite films and shows from any streaming service."

UPDATE: Just gave the trial a go, looks like it's a no. Click image for larger version

It can be done with N_m3u8dl-re. The only issue is getting the download to stop properly. When you stop it yourself, the file gets all screwed up at the end. But yes. it can be done.

Why not set a limit (works for me with IPTV)
            --live-record-limit <HH:mm:ss>

It can be done but it is not easy as that. You won't have a link to feed to N_M3U8DL-RE with Netflix events.

            I don't need this (only H264 ?) - for test only 720p
