downloading from Crunchyroll and Netflix I get an initialization of download information failed please try again error. I have had it on the previous version and updated to this version and it has persisted any ideas to fix this please let me know. I have attached the log file here also.

thank you Germania I don't know why the set user info fail its the same info as i haven't changed passwords or anything... I had the same issue with 6219 so what I just did was do a clean install of the whole program. I deleted every trace of Streamfab and now I am able to download again from Netflix. I will report back when Crunchyroll starts to download and what results i get from that. I don't want to stop streamfab if its downloading from Netflix right this moment lol.Comment

Ok guys it looks like things started working as soon as I did a clean install of streamfab. I deleted every trace and reinstalled, that must have done the trick. thank you Germania for your assistance.Comment
