Netflix Doubt about Netflix codecs

i'm on Atreamfab Windows x64 v6224, and noticed today that Netflix has shows in h264 (like Lucifer) but not in h265 (1920x1080 "if available").
Why this?

Lucifer s04e01+s05e01+s06e01 are offered in H265 HDR10+ and DV
but s01+s02 do not offer H265

Why this? - Ask Netflix
