I just did the 2 that show as errors in your screenshot. I just did those 2, no other downloads, and this was the result.
No issues. I am using Windows 11 Pro, Windows is always up-to-date, using SF version 6230, location USA. (So maybe your location or something else?)
So sorry, I have no exact explanation why it works for me and not for you. (Maybe clear out SF temp or cache folder?)
