Failed Downloading from DSNP

I don't understand why there's an error when downloading the video. Some videos can be downloaded and others can't.

I just did the 2 that show as errors in your screenshot. I just did those 2, no other downloads, and this was the result.

No issues. I am using Windows 11 Pro, Windows is always up-to-date, using SF version 6230, location USA. (So maybe your location or something else?)

So sorry, I have no exact explanation why it works for me and not for you. (Maybe clear out SF temp or cache folder?)

I get that now and then when fastly screws up resolution, not sure if it's DSNY that use fastly, SF, or chromium...

The solution is to keep trying until fastly resolves the hostname correctly.

look inside your streamfab.log (since as you've not posted it here), if you're getting fastly errors, you just have to keep trying
