Disney+ Incomplete Files

After download, all videos appear to be 30 seconds or less and have no sound.
Point of reference. Downloading Hulu content on D+.
D+ primary stuff still seems to work correctly.

can't access with US VPN and D+ account in EU

Going back versions to successfully download is a pain.
