Failed to obtein the encryption key

I'm trying to download 2 episodes of the series "The Goldbergs" that is available in the UK and I use a VPN to do so. I keep getting an error trying to get the key.
Is this temporary?
How can I fix it?

Use a Amazon.co.uk trial account, change your Amazon region in VIP settings
to Amazon.co.uk, restart SF and use an undetected VPN in UK

But earlier you wrote: "I'm from Brazil"

So I think you have a PrimeVideo Account there ..
.. if so you can use this account to get it from PrimeVideo

Use an (undetected) VPN in Portugal

I have seen this error on a regular basis in the past. Often times after download failure, I would try the same title again and it worked. It's almost like the SF server wasn't decoding the key quickly enough and the program is not waiting for it.
