Prime Video Can't download from Amazon - Error 10099

Hi everyone, I'm unable to download from Prime Video (Italy) and it's been over a week now. Usually I just wait and the issues sort themselves out or you push an update, but I can't figure out how to restore functionality.

I don't have the Amazon ad-free upgrade but it always worked anyway, so I don't know if things changed in this regard.

I tried with a movie and a couple of series (Wedding Party, Apothecary Diaries...) but I get the same error (10999). Actually the steps are:
    - Analyze
    - Downloading audio (which doesn't start)
    - Error 10099 (in red), which appears for a second and then it's back to:
    - Analyze

The last analyze lasts forever and the downloading icon in the sidebar disappears, so the download effectively stops.

I tried h264 for the movie, h265 for the series, max quality with CVBR setting. Two or three audio tracks, different subtitles enabled, same behaviour all around.

Here is my log file: StreamFab.log (Windows 10 x64 1709)

I already did a clean uninstall with Revo, deleted TEMP folder, Documents folder but nothing seems to help. Hope someone can point me in the right direction, thanks!

    Can't test long outdated "Windows 10 x64 1709"
in log is info: Windows 10 Build 16299

And the reason for your error is "The credentials were not recognized"
    Code:
[Critical]: QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :The credentials were not recognized / Invalid argument
But with hundreds of security vulnerabilities, I wouldn't rule anything out (virus, malware ...)

I read the error but I can't seem to understand what's wrong. I cleared cookies, logged in again but nothing changes.

I'll have to update Windows sooner or later, but could it be the culprit? Netflix works and Amazon always worked with previous SF versions (which now don't work either, I tried a roll-back too).

I can only say: The current SF works fine with the current Win10 in Italy

Update to Win10 22H2 and try again

Thanks for checking. I'll update when I can and try again.

Yep, it was my super old Windows install. I finally got around to update it and now SF works again.

Thanks again for checking, once I saw yours working right away I knew it was probably Windows. It also pushed me to finally update it, it was surely needed. Cheers!
