Old Movies & Netflix

Quick question about older movies and Netflix. Is it all the old movies on NF are in h265 or just some? I don't know if anyone knows the full answer on that but that's what I was told previously. Also asking cause I tried downloading Halloween II 1981 in h265 from NF and ut wasn't available. Just trying to understand all this correctly is all.

I suspect that only NF in-house productions are still available in H265.

Halloween II (in AU) is not offered as H265
