are you using a VPN ?? if yes then read - ESPN+ Error Code 10301

I am not using any vpn. I have no issue in downloading using other software including a custom youtube live tv downloader a friend made for me.
I have only issue with this software and in the specific with disney plus/ espn plus.

How can I contact espn for thoublesooting when I have no issue accessing their Disney sites with a regular browser but only with this streamfab software?

Maybe steamfab software is blocked by the espn+/disney+.

Just to be clear, I am not posting being a complete deficient person that have never used such programs to record videos, and I got help in developing such similar software for youtube tv that if I anot mistaken falls in the same category of disney plus in terms of protection. In fact I might get help to develop a similar program for disneyplus but since I paid a lot of money for streamfab, I wish it could work for me

"live-akc-na-east-1.media.dssott.com" and not with
"vod-akc-na-east-1.media.dssott.com" - so I think you can't get it (can't test myself)

Hi. I think you found what the issue is. Thanks for that. Hopefully developer can add compatibility of the software to download different type of non live files.

I think the software doesn't support to download the link of the tennis replay matches despite they are not live shows, but replays, because I was able to download another tennis file like this:

but none instead of the replays of the tennis matches can be download.

It doesn't matter whether D+ says Replay or not ..
.. the decisive factor for the possible download is the m3u8 url
(and possibly the license request url)

And if it starts with live and not vod (Video on Demand)
this obviously doesn't work - maybe this changes after
a time unknown to me (this is the case with Netflix)

It's the same problem as here or here
=> No user in forum can change this

.. but I assume I could get it manually, if I had access

I hope the developers of streamfab app can implement this feature in the short term though it doesn't give me hope hearing that others have raised the same issue and nothing has been done in that sense so far.

Hi.

I tested a trial version of their competitor software Cleverget and it workes with all those files.

Hence i pulled the trigger with purchasing Cleverget.

I have to decide now if I would ask for a refund for Streamfab or not.
