Is this something StreamFab will work on solving? Or are we just going to be stuck with inferior quality downloads? (Just wondering if I should just download now anyway or wait it out and not waste my time dowloading lower quality and then have to redownload higher quality later - like a few months or...?).

Also, just realized that the subtitles srt files aren't being extracted... Guess I won't be downloading anything until this is fixed.

due to recurring weirdness with p+ unrelated to SF, I finally just got sub via amazon and i get 1080p without issues

Hi there, when you can please upload a .log file so the developers can take a look at what is going on.

Paramount needs a fix. No log required.

To be clear, no developer here looks at these uploaded logs. The only one who reads them regularly is @Germania . Sometimes @Cats4U does too, if he feels like it, but only rarely... However, you are not a developer or a Streamfab employee. You can confirm a bug or not, and offer a workaround if there is one... Wilson, the manager of Streamfab, very rarely requests such files. It's highly unlikely that he always reads them.

Confirmed by me here (included a manually workaround)

btw: If anyone like to send a log to Dev - use Feedback in SF after the problem appears
