StreamFab for Windows Having trouble across multiple services

Unable to download successfully from multiple services (Netflix, HBO, Peacock, Paramount, etc). Error code 702 for all. Guessing this local to my machine but don't know where to start. Attached recent attempt log to download. Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Delete your temporary files from Streamfab.

If it still doesn't work, perform a fresh install.
