I just unboxed my mini PC today and hooked it up. Everything was working and connecting fine until the VIDon.me app went to download the latest version. Then I kept getting UI errors. I then unplugged the power, used the "paperclip" reset method while powering on the device. Waited 30 minutes, and nothing. So I used the VID-on-me-reistall method via my 32G microSD/TF card. And yet again nothing. I even tried "liveSuit" but couldn't get the drivers to install.
