EVGA PrecisionX16 causing DvdFab to crash

Not sure if right place to report.

    Repeatable, and verifiable bug.
EVGA PrecisionX16 is a utility to monitor gpu usage. It appears to cause DvdFab to crash when it is open.
Gpu uti, gpu temp, and power in notification of taskbar.

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Have Evga graphics card in desktop computer.
    - - Mine is nvidia geforce gtx 960
    - Install dvdfab
    - Copy dvd (full disc), lightning-shrink & lightning recode enabled
    - OR mp4 -> mkv, software encode, cuda decode,
    - - lightning shrink off, lightningrecode on
    - Either of the these two should work fine with no errors
    - Close dvdfab
    - Install EVGA precision X16
    - Open EVGA precision X16
    - Enable Gpu uti, gpu temp, and power in notification of taskbar.
    - Open DvdFab, run either of the above two jobs, they should get to the end and crash.
    - Close DvdFab, close PrecisionX16.
    - Open DvdFab, run either of the above two jobs, they should get to the end without any errors.

GPU-Z does not appear to cause this issue.

Since all I was using precisionX16 for was gpu monitoring, I tried gpu-z and it doesn't appear to cause the same issues.
