Forced Eng Subtitle not Direct Rendering on X-Men Dark Phoenix

I'm trying to rip my UHD copy of X-Men Dark Phoenix with Subtitles Direct Rendered, but DVDFab will not render the foreign language into the video on this title with the English subtitles.
Has anyone been able to rip this movie with the foreign language rendered?

I have a clip of the video for anyone who would like to see what I'm talking about.

If I don't select 'Forced Only', then all the subtitles get rendered correctly.

Any help would be appreciated.

The subs may not be forced, they could be play by default, which means they are in a stream by themselves. You can usually find them using Preview and selecting one stream at a time to see which one contains the translations.

Sorry about the image. It was a .png, but I never resized the image.

I've tried all combinations including Forced, Not Forced, different Subtitles, and even tried different languages hoping that they were labeled wrong.

The only Eng subtitle that shows the foreign language is the first one, and it has both forced and non-forced subtitles. However, selecting Forced doesn't show the foreign dialogue.
Not sure what else I can do.
I can't find a subtitle track with just the forced foreign dialogue because all the subtitles are named incorrectly after the first English subtitle. Like the last Eng subtitle is either Japanese or Mandarin.

I guess I'll just have to rip the 20 or so subtitles independently until I find the correct one. I've already tried all the Eng and Spanish ones, which was about 7. None of those showed the english subtitles of the foreign dialogue.

So the first Spanish subtitle should be the the correct one I need to rip with, but there's a problem.

Even though it says it's Spanish, the whole subtitle is in english. It shows both forced and non-forced subtitles.
The problem is that when I select this subtitle and select Forced, it rips correctly, but it shows Spanish forced dialogue, even though in the Preview window it was English dialogue.

So preview window is in English, but after ripping it is in Spanish.
