Is one really worth 1000 words? In some cases yes, and you can easily add them to posts in the forum to help illustrate a problem or question. Here is a brief Guide:
General Guidelines
Choose an image that helps illustrate your topic. The maximum dimensions for the forum are 700x500, so if you will probably need to crop and/or resize the image to meet these requirements. Larger images will be automatically resized by the forum processing software, but they will not look very sharp or clear in your post. For the best results, prepare them beforehand with simple image software such as MS Paint, which comes with Windows. It can crop and resize images and tell you their size:

Attaching the Image
Once the image is prepared and stored on your hard drive, begin typing your new thread or post. Activate the Advanced editor by clicking on the "A" as shown in the capture (1). When you come to the point where you want to display the capture or picture, Click in the Insert Image icon (2) in the editor toolbar, as shown.
This will bring up the image setup box below. Click on the Upload tab (1) and browse to the file you stored earlier (2). When you locate and select it, click on "send it to the Server button.
When the upload finished, the box will automatically switch to the Image Info tab shown below. All you need to do here is select the positioning and Link type and click OK.
The image should now appear in your post.
