Hi Justin,Sorry about that. It's known that DRM Removal for Apple has compatible problem with the latest iTunes version, we need time to check it out.Please use an early iTunes version for now. Any update on the status of this? I'm getting worried that we may have to find new software to do this but I don't want to do that because I like the ease of fab.

For now, the iTunes version that Mona posted seems to work for others, why not give that a try until the developers can generate a fix for the newer version.

I am sorry to hear it. The lesson to take from this thread is that if you have a version of iTunes that works, dont update it. The updates often remove things under user control.

So i purchased DVDFab DRM Removal (Never Expire) today, before reading on the forum that it isn't working. Same issue as Justin with iTunes 12.10.3... After reading I decided to downgraded to iTunes 12.9.0.167. Then the process made it to 88% before crashing. I hope it's resolved soon so I can say my purchase is not in vain.

Hi, thank you for your feedback regardig DRM Removal for Apple. We are sorry for not updating this product to make it compatible with the latest version of iTunes sooner. We are planning to update DRM Removal for Apple Windows version at the end of April. Our developer team will not abandon this product, on the contrary, we are going to expand it in the future. It is currently under development. We would appreciate your patience and support.

For now, you can use an earlier version of iTunes version V12.9.0.167 to have a try, it can be downloaded using the url below, it's been tested and work well.

When you install this version, please make sure you don't install it in the same place as the other iTunes version, create a new folder and install it in there.

Was tested on multiple VMs/Different OSes/Clean Installs/etc...
If can provide a system set up where it's still working, we all happy to try ourselves...

Currently, I have to agree with @Samilicious company is continues selling a product that is completely useless.

Enough ranting, it contributes nothing toward a solution. It will be fixed, has been in the past several times. This thread is closed. If you find some combination of versions that works, start a new thread.
