Apple tv+ always failed - Error code 107

Hi,

but not still no answer.
All download are failed on Apple tv+, error code 107 in the error log with 4.0.1.5 and before, see attachment.

I can't, the trial period has expired and I've never managed a single download and I won't buy the program until I'm sure it works.
Either I have an explanation for the error code I've been encountering for several versions, or I conclude that streamfab is a scam.

It makes no difference. You can see if there is a fix for the 107 error in the release notes.

Ok, I trusted you, I bought a license, and I upgraded to version 4.0.1.6.
I just tested and the problem is still there, so it's not fixed.
Now I'm waiting for a solution or I'll ask for a refund.

You could have waited until you saw a release that had the fix. You have 30 days to request a refund, but I think it will be fixed by then.
