Max Keeps Failing to Download

Trying to Download Using MAX but it Keeps Failing same on Amazon with Videos from Freevee. here is a Screen shot and the logs.

i can on HBOMAX not the same as MAX but doesnt analyze the video, just starts playing it lol

With MAX, I get "ERROR: 702" for every movie I try to download. Doesn't matter if it is new or old. It looks like it downloads ok, then this error pops up prior to any processing of the file. Doesn't matter the age of the movie or how long it has been on the MAX service. Maybe they fix this....maybe they don't. I've lost faith that they will ever get this resolved.

I don't have access to Max, although I do see a few other posts saying Max is not working.
So it would seem it's not working.

Yeah....I figured. I just hadn't seen this error before...even when it wasn't working back in Jan/Feb...

I'm not sure if the issue you're having is the same as I am (using the actual Max module) but I was having downloading issues, in that it would only download one item in the queue and then "stop" after that item.

I found a (hopefully temporary) workaround for movies that's working for me, maybe it will work for you as well:

1) Open Max
2) Download one item
3) After the item has finished downloading/remuxing, exit the module
4) Repeat

Inconvenient? Yes. But it's a workaround, and it's only working for me for movies. If I try to do this for tv episodes, they will start playing in the Max module window and won't download at all.

I'm having the same issue. the popup to download doesn't show up and the videos just play. Any fix for this?

HBO MAX in Brazil it's not working anymore. I even tried reinstalling. 6.1.8.3.

What do you mean? It was working a few days ago. We need a new version of this app, it ceased working for good. All titles I try now, are only playing, not downloading anything.

P.S. 6.1.8.4 is out, I'll see if this has been fixed...

I'm having the same issue. the popup to download doesn't show up and the videos just play. Any fix for this?

Same here. No analyzing happening with 6.1.8.4. It worked on Sunday.

I just got Max app updates on my Firetv and Roku which makes me wonder if Max changed something? I mean, I realize they are apps, but I've never seen an update on both platforms at same time

Same. There's also some weird analyzing happening on other services during the download phase where analyzing just keeps popping up.

I have the same problem. with 6.1.8.4 . MAX does not analyze anything and it not possible to add them to queue

Did a complete uninstall incl deleting cache, deleting configuration (deleting DVDfab map in app data/ roaming) etc etc and reinstall 6.1.8.3 last working version for Max.
But stil same problem not analyzing anything and only playing videos (series/movies) direct in SF browser.
