@Judy, aka Rain Wang - Please don't try to feed us your Marketing bullshit. Nobody wants CleverGet-style re-encoding. The fact that a download issue was fixed on a method that nobody wants, means nothing to most users here. We paid a great deal of money for the ability to download directly streaming videos. Doing so used to take under 10 minutes per video. Now, for Amazon and Netflix that use the CleverGet method, it can take many HOURS to finish a "download" and still wind up with substandard quality. So, please go back and tell your boss that he needs to get off his ass and fire the worthless Developers he has and hire new ones that specialize in cryptography programming. Plus, he needs to fire himself after he hires someone that actually has some business experience and sense. No one with half a brain would release a new porno module to a group of people that are either ready to riot or have moved on to the Competitor because they've waited 15 weeks for the Developers to return the program to its normal working order. The working order that we paid an extremely high price for.

You want logs? How's 'bout this. I attach logs for everything I paid for that IS working as it should. Do you see any logs attached to this post?

I'm pretty sure you have neither the bandwidth nor the storage space to handle it if we ALL submitted logs for ALL the issues we have been and still encounter.

Yes, we still have a problem! When will the StreamFab and associated Amazon DRM problems be fixed? The recent updates do not address the primary problem! The competition already solved the Amazon DRM challenge several weeks ago! When will Fengtao Software, or whatever business identity it is now, fix the real StreamFab issues? :mad:
