For Netflix there is an easier way to do this (than the one mentioned) without using external browser. Someone mentioned it before already, but here it is:
1. instead of clicking on the title on the webpage you hover over it and wait for it to 'zoom in' and for an 'arrow down' to appear in the lower right corner
2. click on that arrow - this does two things: expands the series to a list of episodes and (usually) turns on the analysis from the last watched episode
3. cancel the analysis (if it triggered)
4. the list is still there on the webpage (you need to scroll down to see it), so choose correct season and episode from that list (at this point it is also worth experimenting with the correct x264 profile in the SF settings - the bitrates sometimes differ dramatically) and select the 'play' button on that episode
5. this should trigger the analysis from the selected episode, with the selected settings
6. after that and adding whatever you want to the downloads, the list is still there, so you can repeat steps 4-5 if you want
7. After you are done with the series, there is an 'x' button on the right upper corner of the list that will close it.
