Thanks, but I am more interested in being confident that StreamFab works before I buy it. I had planned to buy it this weekend, but now I'm nervous.

Just because it works before you buy it, that has nothing to do with whether it will work after you buy it. Without a doubt, I absolutely guarantee that at some point, sooner or later, it will not work for you in some way. It's a simple fact that streaming sites do not want you to download the videos that they make available for watching. They regularly perform changes to their sites in order to prevent SF from doing downloading. This is the cat-and-mouse game that long-standing users are well aware of. What makes it worse is that StreamFab only updates their program, usually, once a week, which results in extended non-working time. On the other hand, the former program AnyStream would start work immediately on a fix and sometimes restored service in a few hours. I won't even go into comparing the quality of the developers doing the fixing. Knowing that SF took almost half a year to solve a DRM change that affected most of the major streamers should be enough to scare anyone away. You and anyone else considering buying StreamFab should be nervous.
