I did do the firewall reset and nothing came up when re-installing SF. I will try the Network Reset next and see if that helps. I think you are right that it may be a deeper issue. As last resort I would have to re-install windows but that would have to be very last resort. Thank you for the help...

Sorry. I only know those 2 resets, firewall and network. I just did the firewall reset again, and that's how I got the screenshot of the one prompt. SF in fact prompted me 2 times, once right after loading it and then a 2nd time when accessing YouTube.
Maybe check one last time if other software is installed that could be causing an issue. Do the malware scan too, if you have not? You would be surprised how much stuff Windows antivirus misses.
And those 2 software I posted are totally free and are very good for being free. And will remove anything, if found, also for free.
