I opened a support ticket on 23rd of October regarding this issue, I've had an update from support.
So I'm not sure if this means that Streamfab will no longer work on DRM protected content?
Whole reason I got Streamfab was to allow me to download content that was protected by DRM so I could have a local copy, watch on different devices and watch using a better player. If it doesn't or won't do DRM protected content I am not sure what the point is. :(

Yeah, support gave me the run around on their reply. I do know, like others, the YouTube movie downloader DID support the DRM videos, in the movies/tv section.
Even gave them links to none working movies/tv section videos.
I even went to the extent to point support to this topic of how many users have the same issue now.
My guess is it could be YouTube changed or updated the DRM and SF doesn't know how to handle it now.
It seems slowly that other sites are switching up DRM. And other providers are causing issues in SF, on at least some content.
I can easily find 10 free YouTube downloaders that DON'T download the DRM videos either, why should we keep paying for SF if it doesn't or can't download the DRM videos either now?
ADDED: check
here on ongoing DRM issues, with other sites.
