I purchased the Amazon downloader at the weekend to get a rental that I wanted to keep as I had used the trial 3 uses in the past and all had works great, so this time I went ahead and purchased.Although I could stream it in my browser fine, I just kept getting the analysis failed error and it bouncing back to the home page. I tried all the troubleshooting — logging in and out, closing the program down and relaunching it and even rebooted the computer too just in case and the error still persisted. As I had just purchased it I put in for a refund as per the refund policy it’s within the 14 days (this was within 24 hours of purchasing) and the technical issues are clearly not going to be solved any time soon as I can see now going through the forum this seems to be an ongoing issue. However, all I’m getting back from the agent Rain is “thank you for your patience our team is aware” — I feel like I’m basically being told to wait so then they can say it’s past the 14 days. I’ve insisted I want my refund and I’ll keep an eye on updates and if it’s resolved I’ll purchase in the future.Is there any way to get help with not getting the run around in the support tickets? I was helped out with an issue earlier this year by Mona who sorted it so quickly but Rain is just giving me the copy and paste response.

It was the weekend that I tried and I know that post is below mine as I said I looked on the forums after buying it when it was glitching to see was there troubleshooting I could do. I just think it’s unreasonable to expect someone to pay for something broken when I’m well within the refund timeframe.

I said what’s happening — it’s showing “analysis failed” and bouncing back to the home page. How is that not enough detail? That’s the error— it’s not giving a code and as I said it was playing in my browser fine. I also explained the steps I took to try and get it to work so I don’t see why you’re commenting that I’m not giving details when I have in my first post.

My main question for this thread was, has anyone who is having these issues successfully got a refund as it could be long over the 14 days before a solution is found and I don’t think it’s reasonable to expect people who can’t use the program to pay for it if they’ve just got it and request a refund within the time. It's not giving the 'failed to analyse' error anymore, but it's also just stuck on waiting to download/analysing. I'm testing with one of the free films you can watch without the prime subscription, using a VPN to access the US Amazon as the rental I had was finished and I don't really want to rent it again until this issue would be solved.

I can't attach my log as it's too large - is there a preferred site or a way to add it here without uploading as an attachment?

Update 2: I tried with an episode of something else, also using the same VPN but I changed to a different state for the US and free to view and downloaded. So it could have been an issue with that particular title or the VPN. It worked! Thank you so much to the developers and everyone who helped figure this out

Hi, I've had the same issue the past five days. Am in US using Amazon Prime without a VPN. I'm able to download again with the new test version but with mixed results. Some weird issues when adding more than one title to the queue and a mix of TV series and films. The wrong video downloads then--it turns out to be the most recent video added to the queue rather than the listed video. But if I focus on just one title (film or TV show), with nothing else in the queue, I can at least download and that's something. Thanks for this option in the meantime!

I was getting the same Authorization Failed message from Australia, no VPN. I did a clean install of v6.2.5.9 and whatever I click on in Amazon, I get

Update: I restarted the app and no longer get that error, videos now play but I'm still getting the Authorization Failed message and can't download anything.

Without a StreamFab.log I can't say what your problem is

I was also affected by the A/B testing issues and have been using the provided trial version for the past few days. Yesterday, I installed the current version 6.2.6.0 and downloaded two series. The analysis is now working as usual again. Thanks for the quick fix :):):)

[Critical]: [CWV.Amazon] No Xray ServiceToken![/code]
I have these in every log as well.

But I have never seen anything like this before:

Since it says something about cookie, you should
rename your cache with SF closed - like here
(after this new login for all provider required)

The url in log is "NCIS: Tony & Ziva" - but it's not included in Prime,
the other url is "South Park (Not Suitable For Children)" also not included.

Do you have a valid Paramount add-on?
Because both are not included in Prime I can't test this.

Renaming Cache didn't help.
In this thread StreamFab Updated to 6.2.6.0 = Prime Video endless Analyzing without allo download - DVDFab Forum Wilson posted a link for a version he suggested the OP try. It's the same version number as I already have but I tried it anyway and it worked!
Also, yes, I have a Paramount+ subscription.
