Streamfab seems much slower than it was many versions back.
I find I need to delete the cache more than ever.

And I am not saying this to high-jack the post or even expect a response, but Peacock is very slow in analyzing.
Seems it even at times slow in processing.
They fixed the downloading speeds, but then it seems to process slower and analyze certain sites slower.

I did download a few things from Tubi and nothing showed, but it might be more evident in downloading either a whole serious with a number of episodes or a number of movies downloaded.

Stan001 Peacock has been slow in analyzing since the past few versions. I documented it in a different thread.
As far as Tubi… their latest speed bump actually helped. I was getting 3 MB/s if I was lucky. Not it’s closer to 80 with 6261.

In 6.2.6.1:

OId Jack Lemmon movie, “The Apartment”, stops at around 70%/71%. Multiple attempts, never finished.

Multiple (same language) .srt files in old TV series, “The Donna Reed Show”. Some episode ended up with up to 5 .srt files.

Reverting to 6.2.6.0 resolved both issues…

I can confirm the problem - after receiving 2146 audio segments
and 2139 video segments with ~1 MB per segment, SF endlessly
downloads some junk into 2140_tmp - 2146_tmp (no error in log)

In both 6.2.6.2 and 6.2.6.1 reverting to 6.2.6.0 resolves both issues.

Still having the same problem downloading from tubi. I have installed the latest streamfab and same problem exists.Download stops in the middle or right at the end of the download. It’s almost like it is timing out or something. AAre there any special settings just for Tubi?

I tried the title Papillon from your log with 6262 and it’s the same problem ..

.. the only difference is that I have errors in log:
[Critical]: [default] "QtDownloadTask::onError : errorString :Internal server error, code : 401

Sometimes it is hard to decide if a new thread with is warranted for the same issue.

IMO this thread was about 6.2.6.1 so I started a thread about it not being resolved in 6.2.6.2 (6.2.6.2 in the thread title) after reading the StreamFab 6.2.6.2 Changelog that stated “Fix: A failure problem when downloading certain videos from Tubi.”

For both 6.2.6.1 and 6.2.6.2 the solution seems to be to go back to 6.2.6.0 for now, hopefully it will be resolved next week.

Having the same problem with the movies :Good Morning, Vietnam and Stealth. No others checked. Download runs all the way down to the end and freeze.

I have experienced two different issues with Tubi 6.2.6.2 and 6.2.6.1 reverting to 6.2.6.0 resolves both issues.

Here is my temporary workaround until the problem is fixed. This requires a bit of patience and I don’t recommend it for downloading TV episodes:

1) Open SF 6262
2) Launch Tubi
3) Search for a movie title
4) After analysis, select Download Now
5) When download is finished, close SF
6) Wait a few seconds
7) Repeat

By doing this I’ve been getting every movie I’ve selected (so far), with a single SRT file, and everything named according to my naming conventions. It’s time consuming but given the increased download speeds I’ve considered it a fair trade-off…for now. But yes, it needs to be fixed to avoid having to do this.

Or, as mentioned earlier, go back to 6260. I’ll probably do that for tv episodes. I’m patient, but not THAT patient.
