tinkeringturtle49 Since updating, every time I put a disc (dvd) in it starts reading then kicks out the disc. Is there a fix coming

Mona tinkeringturtle49 Please reboot your computer, right-click DVDFab, and run it as admin to try again. If the problem persists, please uninstall the current version and then install one of the previous versions to try the same disc again.
tinkeringturtle49 Goolfy2001 I was tinkering with it, and if I put the dvd in the computer and let it completely load. Then start the DVDFab app. It lets me use the ripper. If I start the app first, then it kicks the dvd out.
Goolfy2001 tinkeringturtle49 Hi tinkeringturtle49, Thank you, but that didn’t help. I managed to stop Explorer from ejecting the disc by inserting it first and then starting DVDFab. However, DVDFab isn’t analyzing the disc. It’s acting as if there’s no disc in the drive. (see screenshot) What else can I do
