This is currently normal, because the key for higher resolution is not known ..
(better is only for older, popular titles possible where the key is stored at SF)

Is your AppleTV account and connection from Italy ?
I assumed that since your episode link contains “it”

Hi, I managed to analyze and download some episodes in 5.1 Atmos as well. Thanks for the help, let’s hope for the best for the video because it’s not the best on a 55″ Sony OLED.
