Germania It did not ask me to relogin and it does the same. I also tried completely removing StreamFab and installing it and the same issue. It did ask me to login again.

Then I would assume there is a connection problem.
Does it work in a regular browser?

In case of doubt, try with a VPN Server near your location.

Look like US - no problem for me

Germania Strictly a Disney issue. Works fine from a normal browser and all of my TV’s. I’ve opened a support ticket.

tbar Try a clean reinstall if you used the updater.

As you can see, it works for others. It works in Germany too… so the problem is on your end…

Disney+/USA/No-VPN is working for me as well.

I’ve had issues with Hulu in the past where I got a blank screen after logging in, and finally after looking at the URL I noticed it ended with “error” - I was redirected to an error page that unfortunately was blank.

Look at the URL in SF after you launch Disney+ to see if you’ve been redirected.

You can also try to paste the below URL into SF to “logout” of Disney in case some credentials were cached incorrectly:

I’ve tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and installing, and trying the logout URL and logging back in. Still stuck at a blank main page. I’m sure the problem is unique to me so I’ve opened a ticket. Thanks for all of the help.

If not done so, you might try changing the DNS on your PC to use Google instead of your ISP. I always do this one new machine, as my ISP DNS sucks here in US.

simchris Thanks. I have been using Cloudfare DNS servers for a while. While they are having issues today my problem has been going on for a while.

Might try changing to Google DNS just for laughs. Easy enough to switch back to Cloudflare.
Also, make sure Chrome browser up to date. Disable any firewall stuff like Bitdefender that might do IP blocking or packet filtering at your router (had this happen to me with Prime Music).

It defiantly never hurts to change DNS, Open DNS is another good one.
But going by what the Topic starter has stated, Disney+ loads in browser.
So that leaves either an issue with the streamfab install or firewall and antivirus issue affecting streamfab.

Best they can do is temporarily disable any antivirus and firewall.
I think that’s why I use Windows default Firewall, and I added malwarebytes to rid the computer of anything else that may affect things. Windows Defender/antivirus is good in most cases.
I just needed the added security of malwarebytes.
