Hi, all. I had to created a new account because I haven’t been able to access my old one (“Xenos”), since the change over.
When the new forum went live, I logged in with my email address and it created an new account with using user name part of it (i.e., the part before the “@”), which I don’t like because, 1) I already had an account, and 2) my email address has my real name in it.
I tried logging in with the user name of my old account, but it keeps failing. There is no way to reset the password because it asks for your email address, which I believe will just reset my main account (which is now tied to the forum account using my real name), not my old “Xenos” account. I hope that’s clear.
I don’t know how to get my old account back. I submitted a ticket with support, but that hasn’t resolved it. The agent said she’d have the devs look it and has since stopped responding to me. That was several days ago.
Anyone else run into this issue? If so, how did you resolve it?
