Error 609 on 4K downloads with Disney+ in 6.2.6.6

I’m having an issue with some 4K downloads in StreamFab (windows) 6.2.6.6, where they fail with 609 error.

The Roses (4K HDR10), Ferrari (4K SDR as no HDR is available), and a few more like The Hand That Rocks the Cradle.

Others, like Zootopia (4K HDR), complete fine. And The Roses 1080p completes fine.

I tried to attach log folder, but the board is saying “Uploading files of this type is not allowed” for both ZIP and LOG extensions. So here at least is my log (renamed to .txt)

Isn’t the Roses a Hulu title? SF had a problem with those via D+ for a looooooooong time: https://forum.dvdfab.cn/d/462832-dovi-6235-probably-earlier-too-get-609-ed-when-downloading-dovi-hulu-content

Doesn’t appear to be a Hulu title… There are no markings for Hulu

Flamin’ Hot has markings…

Things that are tagged with a hulu label is what D+ themselves bring to you from hulu as part of your D+ subscription, things that are not tagged hulu but appear on hulu and disney are on D+ because of your hulu subscription.

Quick check on justwatch.com shows it’s a hulu title. 😉

Correct, that’s why I cant find “The Roses” with D+ only account in US

Yeah, I just got a chance to log into Hulu, its there.

(I do have D+, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle)

KidJoe once D+ stop proxying your hulu subscription and fold it into D+ hopefully it would resolve itself… Of course, they could make hulu an add on and turn that into a whole new can of worms…
