JWK54 Probably not really, that’s just how their service is setup. You could try and contact them to do some speed test troubleshooting to ensure that you’re getting the speeds you pay for, but they can only do so much. Your best bet with that type of service is to always be hardwired to the router/modem, that will make the connection as good as it possibly can be.
I would also suggest that you make sure you’re not browsing, or doing anything else online that could steal bandwidth while downloading. That’s probably going to be the best bet for you. Also, try downloading during non peak hours like overnight.
