When trying to download videos from Netflix and Paramount+ the download speed is in the low kb's instead of mb's? Is it me or Streamfab?

Netflix seems fine. It can be a location issue. It could be many things. Might help to look into changing DNS. Try Cloudflare or Cisco Open DNS. Rented a movie and purchased a series from Amazon.com assuming all was good. Tried downloading the film but despite saying it was downloading the percentage remained at zero. Tried several times. Downloaded a version 6 as these upgrades rarely improve things but the problem remained. Movie just sits there and the download appears to have frozen. My broadband is not the best but other sites download fine

I changed my DNS to 8.8.8.8. as primary and secondary 1.1.1.1. with no change, I do not know which logfile you want or how to retrieve it. I also turned off anti-virus and disabled windows firewall. Attached is screenshot of internet speed. Plus let me apologize for not being clear earlier. Netflix, Paramount+, and Amazon all download in kb's, but Amazon Freezes at Zero. I did a factory reset on my AT&T Air Internet. I also ran-DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth and sfc /scannow with no integrity violations found. I have also uninstalled Streamfab with Revo uninstaller and deleted all Streamfab files. I installed Streamfab from my desktop and turned off anti-virus and disabled the windows firewall. The only program giving me problems is Streamfab. I have all of the latest updates and current firmware on everything in my laptop. I have successfully downloaded over 100 videos from Streamfab until the last couple of weeks. I am still open for suggestions!! I have a support ticket open with DVDfab support. However, they closed it for no reason and I was forced to reopen it. with the same ridiculous answers. You're using AT&T Air, that's your problem. AT&T Air piggy backs off LTE and 5G cell towers, very unreliable. Definitely on you, not a StreamFab issue. I'd check with them to see if you're throttled due to too much bandwidth used during peak times.
