I don’t know what all went on with you and SF support. You can wait till 7002 comes to see if there is a fix.

What is SF doing or not doing? Using a VPN?!
Needed: StreamFab Version, Platform, and OS; EX: v7001, Win x64, Win11Pro.
Region/Country: Canada, Native or USA, Spoofed (dns4me)
Steps to reproduce the issue.
IF MAC: The last version was posted on, November 24, 2025, so YouTube may not work.
Open SF and note the locations of your log folder and temp folder.
Close SF, delete all log files in the log folder. Delete everything in the temp folder.
Open SF and analyze a YouTube video. If/when an error shows, or it gets stuck in analyzing, then close SF.
Attach the newly made streamfab.log here in the forum, and someone can see what the issue may be.
Without this info, no one here can ever help.
