No disc

For some reason it says no disc in drive. How to fix?

Please right-click Passkey to run it as admin, and then insert a disc into the optical drive to try again.

Ok, now it works but sometimes it will say disc not opened or there is an error:

and then it will (sometimes) freeze playerfab (since that auto opens) and passkey making them unable to exit sometimes and restarting/shutting down will also sometimes hang and never really shutsdown or restarts even after waiting 30 minutes!

Clicking any options will bring up same error window, only way to close is to click cancel on progress bar on bottom right, top of taskbar.

ab9mm4gq-df Please do clean the disc. You can then go to the Settings panel of Passkey and then disable the BluPath option for Blu-ray to try again.

Mona Disc doesn’t need cleaning since it’s a brand new disc fresh out of the plastic wrapping, but disabling blupath worked! What’s that and why did it cause this issue?

ab9mm4gq-df Thank you for the reply. BluPath starts an invisible internal Blu-ray player to scan, check, and analyze the inserted disc in the background to help quickly pick up the correct movie title and region code. Disable it, Passkey will then simply open the disc without running a scan of the disk.
