comet91 hi i was talking to Mona i think in ticket help. if it a full rip of the blue ray is when it happens both ios or bdmv file. if i just do the movie by its self i plays fine. the movie is 28 years later. i have tested both of the rips on both of my pcs. my game pc it plays fine both of the file. the is cpu ryzen 79800×3d gpu is rtx 4070ti 32 gb of ram the monitor is 27inch . but when i try to play on the other pc cpu i3 14100 and 32 gb of ram and im use the cpu igpu to play back the movie send the sound to my home theater receiver for the sound through the hdmi and my tv is 55 inch. when the movie start after the set up menu it will play 5to 6 sec then freeze the audio drops but when it starts back the are both out of sync if it is the full rip of the blu ray. i dont know it play fine on one but not the other one. thanks
Mona About the sound issue on the second computer, did you try disabling or enabling hardware acceleration in the PlayerFab settings window? You can also adjust Audio Output Settings in the PlayerFab and see the result.
