Amazon music Downloads Failing.

MusicFab was failing in the analysis phase, so I cleared the cache and tried again with no success.

I noticed that I needed to log back in to Amazon Music and when I did, I received the following message:

Update Chrome
We have upgraded and this browser version is no longer supported. Please update your browser or download our desktop player.

I think that this has happened before. Any thoughts?

Same, not working for me either, logged and it counted for 2 second license and is looping on analyzing and after 5 min of trying it fails. Please fix.

Still getting the Update Chrome message. Even before that occurred MusicFab was failing during analysis of the streams, so there may be at least two problems.

Downloads were spotty the other day, now it seems that ALL downloads are failing.

Yeah. I tried clearing cache/temp; then use desktop app to bless my IP; then relogin with SF/Win64 – but when I go to look at an album there is no bitrate option, just ‘FLAC’ … even for an 24/196 album.

So, just logged back in; now; 300/300 available; I can see the bitrates to select; added one album to download, started to download, stuck on analyzing.

Still getting the error, failure accessing music information issue today.
Win11pro/US/noVPN/legal acct. Cleared cache and temp folder and logged back in, also refreshed from admin panel. Latest MF/Win64.

SOME downloads have returned; it cannot “see” Atmos files, though, and only low grade FLAC and other lossy formats (not the usual options). So a partial fix.

Still giving a so called “network error, please contact us” notice today after sorta completing analyze. This is now a thing that isn’t self correcting.
