randalldennison I’d likely start new thread as I started having hiccups on Feb 26 also. Anything happening “now” is not the same as month ago.
I am randomly getting “failure to access music information, check your network connection….”
This implies issue with Amazon CDN. Some albums work, but oddball things like last three tracks of Gary Numan TELEKON 40th error every time. (downloaded first 11 tracks twice; last three continue tofail).
Going to try the clear cache/temp, reinstall, relogin; close then relaunch
