Amazon has never worked for me - what I am doing wrong?

I’ve used StreamFab before for other sources, and I have the latest version, and I have the license for Amazon, but I have not been able to use StreamFab to download anything from Amazon, ever, in the months since I bought the license. I’ve looked up the instructions (straightforward), I’ve changed the region settings around, but no luck. What step am I missing?

I can’t say why Amazon has not worked in the past, but today reports are coming in it’s not working for some.

I’ve had the Stream Fab for months now, I have the license and yet I’ve never been able to download anything from Amazon. I don’t know what step I’m missing. And, yes, I’ve tried the various region settings and rebooted and none of that has worked either.

Since this apparently has nothing to do with the layout change ..
.. so I merged with your old topic

Please close SF, delete the StreamFab.log file,
rename your cache directory - like here
and try once again after logging back in.

If it still doesn’t work, please attach your new StreamFab.log

That didn’t work. Ultimately what I did was delete the StreamFab folder, uninstalled, then reinstalled. And now Amazon downloading works. I guess the corollary for the saying “when in doubt, reboot” is “when in doubt, reinstall”. Nonetheless, thank you for your help.
