Download current yt-dlp.exe (here)
Press win+r and type: cmd
confirm with ok, change to your directory with yt-dlp.exe with cd .. example:
cd c:\your\directory\where\your\yt-dlp\file\is
now copy/type:
and you get the best quality (if not DRM protected)
