Could be temporary transient issue. Happens with all services. Random day nothing works. Next morning it does. SO, try again next day.
Common tips:
a) clear your temp/cache folder
b) install using the offline installer, x64 for Win11 64 home/pro; install as admin
c) start SF, then try to login to P+ using VIP module
d) if able to login; close app; restart app; then try download.
