I just updated to version 7.0.1.3. Apple TV works just fine, but Paramount+ does not. I still get the Message, that I can't retrieve the video. when I install 7.0.0.9 again, P+ works, buut Apple tv not. And in the new Paramount+ Downloader, we don‘t need to play back the video 1. Delete the file: H:\MyFiles\Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\Temp\cache\PARAMOUNT_ACDATA.json 2. Sign out and sign in the Paramount+ account 3. Open the video details page and try again. The dev may need a remote to check the problem if still have the problem. BTW, what‘s the Paramount+ Plan? Basic, Standard or Premium?

You log in via your browser and use NOT an Android cookie like current SF ..
.. I’ve already explained all of that.

You get error 5003 if you try to play in SF correct?
so SF can’t get Metadata with some accounts - from your log:

“Error while analyzing the video. Please make sure you can retrieve and replay the video”

Is there any possibility to install 70.1.3 AND 7.0.0.9 in parallel (the latter only for P+)? To permanently change the versions by reinstalling them is not the most convenient option

Of course I use always different versions (if needed) installed side-by-side

Rename StreamFab folder to StreamFab7009 (or backup in different location)
and save (just to be on the safe side) StreamFab.ini in %AppData%\DVDFab\StreamFab
After that install StreamFab 7013 to StreamFab and you have both in separate directories

Could it be the reason why I get so many problems with P+ ??

First time posting on here but have enjoyed using this program for the last three years. Like above, I’m having issues with Paramount Plus. I have the basic plan. Until the last update, 7.0.1.2, I was able to click on a certain show. Now that there is an update with 4k on certain titles, I was looking around for titles I wanted to upgrade.

Hawaii Five-O, Classic 1960/1970 show works fine in the app, and the browser. However, Streamfab won’t/can’t open the video. Again, it works fine on a regular browser/tv app. I get the attached alert when trying to open it. Screenshot attached.

“D” (it might have another letter on your computer) is the drive where the folder “My Files” is located
“Eigene Dateien” = “My Files”

There is also a folder C:\Users\Username\Documents.
C is the system drive. This is the wrong one, You will not find it there

Error 403 Forbidden I get when selecting Paramount+ from my services.
Just by removing the signin/ from the url in the browser I am allowed in.
