I just updated to version 7.0.1.3. Apple TV works just fine, but Paramount+ does not. I still get the Message, that I can't retrieve the video. when I install 7.0.0.9 again, P+ works, buut Apple tv not. Sign out and sign in the Paramount+ account 3. Open the video details page and try again. The dev may need a remote to check the problem if still have the problem. BTW, what‘s the Paramount+ Plan? Basic, Standard or Premium?

I am seeing the above errors mentioned but after repeated attempts downloads will start working.. but the bigger issue for me is that some programs are download the wrong audio stream.. this happens with BOTH mac AND windows versions

Since 7012 and still with 7013, I am not getting any error messages on Paramount+. It just never starts analyzing. I select a show (Starfleet Academy or Seal Team for example) then select an episode and it starts playing. No analysis occurs. I verified other modules (AppleTV, Hulu, Peacock, Amazon) are all working as expected.

I followed an advise from Germania to install 7.0.1.3 and the last working version for P+ 7.0.0.9 in parallel. It works as an interim solution, lets keep fingers crossed, that it will be resolved eventually

It has been a hot minute since I have used P+ because of their crappy bit rate for 1080p content. I do not have the file PARAMOUNT_ACDATA.json anywhere in my cache or temp folders. Is there something I can specifically try to help the cause?

Running StreamFab V7.0.1.3 on Mac Mini M4 Pro running MacOS 26.3.
Canada download from Paramount+.

4K Movies on Paramount+ are not being analyzed. Just an infinite
analyzer screen with eventual error timeout.

Also LandMan 4K season 2 did not download 4K version. It picked up
the 1K version instead. Season 1 appeared to download correctly in 4K.

Cleared my temp directory and am now able to get 4K movies to analyze and download. However, some movies such as The Substance, Vicious, World War Z, and Jack Reacher do not analyze (infinite wait) or terminate with an error. These are all 4K videos (I think). Am using the most expensive Paramount+ account which includes 4k videos.

Have a similar last season only downloading 1K for the Ghosts (US) series where all seasons download 4K except the last season which only downloads 1K. So this definitely seems like a problem with StreamFab.

While downloading P+ NCSI: Origins I also noticed that the 4K stopped in the middle of season 1 after degrading from high-quality 4K to low-quality 4K and then to 1K at episode S01E14. You can see the different file sizes below.

Look at your log files to find a link to the manifest. It will look like this:
- Get new mpd url: <url>
Copy the URL and open it in your browser, which will download the MPD
View the file in any text editor, open it in VLC, in MediaInfo or any number of other programs
See exactly what is offered by P+
If you don’t see a quality that you want, complain to P+

Also, your comment about file size is not correct. File size does not indicate quality. That’s bitrate, for the most part.
